Community Organizing Programs

Political and Issue Education and Leadership Development for Adults and Youth [pdf]
An internal and community outreach empowerment program aimed at integrating the provision of direct medical services with civic engagement and leadership development supported by Marguerite Casey Foundation.

Youth Leadership Training [pdf]
An empowerment and education initiative in partnership with Youth Policy Institute.

Together Planning - Shaping Land Use to Improve Community Health [pdf]

A collaborative effort to engage local residents in community planning and short-term campaigns to increase opportunities for building a healthy community including increasing areas of physical activity, enhancing pedestrian safety, and reducing displacement of low-income residents of Boyle Heights and Westlake areas of Los Angeles. This program is supported by The California Endowment.
