Dr. Floutsis is the Interim Executive Director of Clínica Msr. Oscar A. Romero as of December 2008. She is also the Medical Director, a position she has held since 1998. Dr. Floutsis guarantees the financial and operational soundness of Clínica Romero and ensures the clinic provides high quality medical treatment by managing the daily clinical operations in addition to treating patients. In conjunction with her role at Clínica Romero, Dr. Floutsis is an Assistant Clinical Professor of the Department of Family Medicine of the University of Southern California.
Prior to joining Clínica Romero, Dr. Floutsis was a staff physician at Venice Family Clinic another community clinic devoted to providing primary care to the underserved of Los Angeles. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses a commitment to
serving those in need.
Dr. Floutsis is a California HealthCare Foundation Health Leadership Fellow, on the Board of Directors of the Western Clinicians Network, and on the Advisory Board of L.A. Net, a National Institutes of Health funded Practice Based Research Network.
