A core community uniquely catered to by Clinica Romero remains those who are indigenous Mesoamericans who speak such languages as Kanjobal, Quiche, Zapoteco, and Mixteco. Successive waves of immigrants from the Americas and Asia as well as increased numbers of people without homes contributed to both the expansion and diversification of populations served by Clinica Romero today.
