CMOAR is a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt, nonprofit, operating clinics in the Pico-Union/Westlake and Boyle Heights/East Los Angeles areas. The organization is licensed by the State of California and is a designated Federally Qualified Health Center that accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, HealthyFamilies and HealthyKids but provides service regardless of ability to pay.
